SOLARUS FAR INFRARED SAUNA WITH TRUE COLOUR LIGHT THERAPY 

Relax for up to an hour, read, enjoy music, turn on the colour light therapy or turn the light off and meditate....towels and lemon water provided.

PLATINUM ENERGY SYSTEMS DETOXIFYING FOOT SPA

The experience begins with placing your feet in warm, salt water for half an hour. The process involves purging the contents of the sweat glands. 

The session is followed by a relaxing foot massage.

JADE ROLLER/FAR INFRARED MASSAGE BED

While fully clothed, you lay down, put some headphones on and listen to your favourite music while jade rollers give a deep massage to either side of your spine and your lower legs. Far infrared is soothing and warming the body from the dome and the bed itself. 

This is a half hour necessity and a wonderful pre-therapy to a sauna or foot spa session.

REIKI

An ancient Japanese healing technique that promotes stress reduction and deep relaxation. The Reiki practitioner places their hands on or near the willing participant in a series of hand positions. Moving around the head, shoulders, stomach and feet,                                   working on both the front and back side of the body...                                                                       the treatment lasts approximately 1 hour.                                        

 Add a Reiki session to any other therapy at a reduced rate!
